To ensure safe delivery of your media, make sure that all media you ship is wrapped in protective packaging to avoid any additional damage en route. This will help further ensure the recovery of your data when it arrives at Kenedacom’s recovery lab.
We suggest that you follow these 3 simple steps for optimum protection of your media:
1. Wrap the media carefully in an anti-static material wrapping or envelope to prevent destructive static electricity.
2. Pack the media in a protective carton that is at least twice as large as the media being shipped. Use protective packing like bubble-wrap or foam padding to restrict movement during shipment to Kenedacom's recovery lab.
3. If, for any reason, you would prefer to have your media picked up, simply call our Customer Care department at 1-866-401-5860 TOLL FREE or (514) 332-2807 and we will all make arrangements for safe and speedy pick-up.
